Appointed Exclusive Agents by Pemex to attend all crude oil exports and lightering operations from the Bay of Campeche, Mexico

Established US office in Tampa, Florida to provide all marketing, logistics, operations and billing support to our worldwide clients.

Started service expansion in the U.S. Gulf, Caribbean, Central & South America to experidte service and operations of our rapidly growing worldwide customer base.

Opened offices in Dos Bocas & Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. 

Set up Bunker Broker Department and became The First Company to start marketing and selling bunkers in Mexico. 

Moved and established World Headquarters inHouston, Texas.

Opened offices in Tampico & Altamira, Mexico and Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Set up Ship Brokering and Chartering Department

Appointed Exclusive Agents of Marathon Oil Company & opened New Orleans office to attend all their vessels in Garyville and LOOP, La.

Appointed Exclusive Agents of Vela and Saudi Petroleum in St. Eustatius, Netherlands Antilles.

Opened office in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela.

Became First Shipping Agency & Bunker Broker to be ISO 9002 Certified in the U.S. and throughout Latin America.

Appointed Exclusive Agents by PDV Marina (Petroleos de Venezuela Marine Dept.) in over 20 countries and primary Bunker Broker.

Selected by Chevron Shipping Company as Exclusive Port Agent and signed Strategic Alliance to represent Chevron in all Latin America.

Openned office in Amuay Bay, Venezuela to attend all vessel of Coastal Petroleum.

Apppointed Exclusive Agent of Norwrgian Gas Carries in the U.S. Gulf, Caribbean, Central and South America.

Moved headquarters back to Florida.

Enter into alliance with Gulf Agency Company to attend all their vessels in St. Eustatius.
